The International Organization of Inventors and Scholars is an international non-governmental organization with a legal personality working in the fields of comprehensive development aimed at supporting and promoting social welfare, culture and scientific research in order to achieve a comprehensive renaissance of the peoples of countries through the organization of scientists and inventors within an administrative entity that guarantees their right to invent and organize their work according to a correct scientific vision linking them with investors (states or persons) in order to facilitate their work and realize their aspirations to serve humanity.
