Second: Publishing Rules In Management and Economics Journal
 

1- The journal publishes scientific research that are modern, original with scientific addition, and intellectual integrity, in the field of Management and Economics sciences.

2- The journal publishes research that follows the scientific methodology, and consider the order in writing the research (title of the research, abstract, keywords, introduction, problem, importance, objectives, methodology and procedures, results and their discussion, conclusions, recommendations directed to bodies related to the topic of the research, List of references or sources).

3-The journal publishes research that is characterized by the seriousness of analysis, the quality of the research language, the style of presenting ideas, the accuracy of data and information analysis, and the relevance of the final results to the research questions, objectives and hypotheses.

4-The submitted research for publication should not be published in magazines, periodicals, conferences, seminars, or drawn from a book, master's thesis, or doctoral thesis, and the researcher submits a written undertaking according to the form approved by the editorial board.

5-That the researcher follows the scientific principles recognized in quoting texts and documenting from various Arabic and English sources and references, taking into account the conformity of the documentation of the sources and references in the text with their presentation at the end of the research, and their alphabetical arrangement.

6- The scientific integrity must be followed in the process of documentation and collecting complete data and information about the source to ensure the credibility and reliability of the research.

7-The first page of the research should contain the title of the research, the name of the researcher or triple researchers, his academic rank, place of work and name of countries, and the e-mail, in font size (12).

8- The researcher should attach an accurate abstract of his research in both Arabic and English language, with no more than (300) words, The abstract had better state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal results and major conclusions and so the abstract is regularly presented separately from the article, stand alone .The keywords are written after the abstract consist of 4-7 words, these keywords will be used for indexing purposes

9-The researcher should follow the APA documentation method, which is the American Psychological Association, meaning the margins are written in the body of the research as follows:

Genghis Khan was able to impose his control over large areas of the Islamic East (Al-Ta'i, 2015, p. 30). That is, the documentation is as follows:

The author's family name, year of publication, page or pages, and this is done in parentheses such as: (Al-Jubouri, 1989, p. 27), if two authors write: (Al-Jubouri, Al-Taie, 1978, p. 77), if more than three writes: (Al-Jubouri and others, 1990, p. 66).

10-The sources are written in the list of REFERENCES at the end of the research in the following form: family name, personal name. Year of Publication. Book title, location, publishing and distribution house.

Reference to a book

  1. Books: The author's title, the author's full name, and the publication date are written between two brackets, and the title of the book is underlined, then the edition number is mentioned, then the publishing house, the place of publication, and the page number.

Reference to a journal article

  1. Journals: The author's title, the author's full name, and the publication date are written between two brackets, then the title of the research, then the name of the journal is mentioned and underlined, then the volume number, then the issue number, then the publishing house, the place of publication and the page number.

  1. Research included within a book: the author's title is mentioned, then the author's full name, then the publication date between two enclosures, the title of the research, within a book: book title, part, edition, publishing house, place of publication, page number.

University theses and dissertations: the researcher's title and the name of the researcher are mentioned in full, then the date of the thesis or dissertation between two enclosures, then the title of the thesis or thesis and underlined, a statement of its type (Master or Ph.D.), the college and university in which the thesis or thesis were discussed, the statement of the state of publication (Published or unpublished), page.

Legal texts: an indication of the type of text (constitution, law, regulation, ...), its number (01/15), dated (mentioning the day, month, year), subject matter (including such-and-such: ...), the official gazette, Issue, date of publication.

  1. Internal publications: a statement of the issuing authority, a statement of the instruction or course number, specifying its subject.

-Reports: the issuer of the report, the subject of the report, the occasion for submission, the date, the page.

  1. Electronic references: The author's title, then the full name, "Research Title", and the full electronic address are mentioned (browsing date: day, month, year).

  2. Manuscripts: the title of the author, then the full name, the date of the copy is mentioned between two enclosures, the entire title of the manuscript, and the number of its leaves and the page number are mentioned.

Newspapers: If it is a news story, writing the name of the newspaper, the number, the date, and the place of publication. If it is an article that writes the title of the writer, then the full name, the date, then the title of the article, and the name of the newspaper, then specifying its type (daily, weekly, monthly), the place of publication, the number, and the page.

    • (Write personal information: (the author's name, his academic rank, the institution in which he works), under the article title and font size 12, with his e-mail fixed accurately.( In the event that the research is accepted for publication, all copyrights of the journal shall devolve, and it is not permissible to publish it in any other

Group of references should be listed first alphabetically.

11- The research texts should be printed in (Word 2010) at least, in (Simplified Arabic) font size (14), and the research papers in the English language should be printed in (Times New Roman) font (12).

12- All the dimensions of the margins of the four pages (top, bottom, right, left) should be (3) cm, and the space between the lines should be single.

13- The total number of pages is at maximum (20) pages, including sources and appendices, and that the pages are numbered sequentially. To increase the number of pages, communicate with the journal administration.

14- That the tables and figures be listed in their correct places, taking into account their numbering using Arabic numerals, and that they include titles and the necessary explanatory data, and the size of the font inside the table (12).

15- The researcher bears full legal and moral responsibility in the event that there is an inference, quotation or transfer from previous research without reference to its owners, and he submits an undertaking on that.

16- The journal does not return research to its researchers, whether published or not.

17- The publication sequence of research in the journal is subject to substantive and technical considerations that have nothing to do with the value of the research.

18- The research published in the journal expresses the views and opinions of the owners.

Third: Procedures For Publishing In The Journal:

1- That the researcher sends his research electronically to the journal titles advertised by the journal's editorial board.

2- That the researcher sends his/ her brief CV that includes the full name of the researcher (s), his academic degree, the scientific institution in which he works, his most important books, and the positions he / she occupied.

3- The researcher shall be notified of receipt of the research within a week of the date of receiving the research by the editorial secretary, and it shall be presented to the editorial board to ensure its suitability for arbitration.

4- In the event that the research is eligible for arbitration in principle, it is presented to arbitrators who are specialized in the field of research, and they are selected in complete confidentiality, and the name or data of the researcher are not presented to them, in order to express their views on the extent of the research’s originality, its scientific value, and the extent of the researcher's commitment to sound scientific methodology. And determining the validity of the research for publication in the journal .

5- In the event that observations are received from the arbitrators, those observations shall be sent to the researcher to make the necessary amendments accordingly, provided that the amended research shall be resubmitted to the journal within a maximum period of one month.

6- The final copy of the research is reviewed with the referee’s copy technically to ensure that the researcher makes the modifications and corrections proposed by the arbitrator, as well as follows the rules and procedures for publishing in the journal, by the editor-in-chief and the editorial secretary to confirm the validity of the research for publication in the journal.

7- The researcher shall be notified of the decision whether or not a research is valid for publication within a month at most from the date of receiving the revised research, the date of publication, and the number of the issue in which the research will be published, and he shall be received an electronic copy of the number of the journal published in it.

8- Published researches in the journal expresses their authors opinions, and the journal does not bear any responsibility for that.

9- The publishing fee is a reward for excellence researchers.
